Connor Nolan

Connor Nolan serves as the Director of Leasing at WS Development since April 2021. Previously, Connor held various positions at Seritage Growth Properties, including Senior Leasing Manager and Leasing Manager, from June 2017 to April 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent at Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate LLC and as a Property Manager/Sales Agent at WFL Real Estate. Connor began a career in leasing and sales as an Associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial, focusing on office and shopping center leasing in Connecticut and New York. Connor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Western Connecticut State University.
