Frederik Tibau is a seasoned professional in digital innovation and growth, currently serving as the Senior Expert and Lead for Scale-up Programs at Agoria since February 2020. Tibau is also a Project Manager and Growth Engineer at Scaleup Vlaanderen, contributing to Belgium's foremost guidance program for digital and cleantech scale-ups. In addition, Frederik conducts workshops on internationalization for BECI's MeDoFly acceleration program and acts as a coach. As a National Expert for the World Summit Awards, Tibau promotes local digital innovation, while also mentoring startup founders at Startup Wise Guys and serving on the Advisory Board for SXSW Pitch. With a strong background in international relations from previous roles at Scale-Ups.eu and Startups.be, Frederik holds master's degrees in Communication Sciences and Journalism from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Erasmushogeschool Brussel respectively.
