Kaja Posnik

Kaja Posnik is a driven individual with diverse experience in leadership and program management. Currently serving as a Youth Ambassador at WSA and the Program Director for the Girls Global Ready Program at Girls Future Ready, Kaja has demonstrated a commitment to empowering young women. Past roles include ChangeMakers Project Student Lead at UCL, where Kaja engaged with academic staff to address student concerns, and President of the UCL Polish Society, focusing on external relations to build partnerships. Additional experiences include roles as a Junior Events Coordinator at Polish Tech Day and a Mentor at Our Future Foundation. Kaja is pursuing a degree at UCL, building on prior educational experiences at Wrekin College and II Stefan Batory High School in Warsaw.
