Jim Mill

As director of development – west region, Jim leads operations and oversees all business development efforts throughout Colorado and the western United States. Jim has been with WSB since 2018, after 15 years of running his own business. He has over 35 years of experience in development, and specializes in design, master plan creation and implementation, and value engineering. Beyond his responsibilities in development, Jim helps lead and mentor staff throughout the region.
