Carolyn Theim has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Carolyn began their career at Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts as an intern in Special Events. In 2005, they joined WSFS Bank as a Personal Banker and eventually transitioned to the role of Assistant Vice President, Retail Marketing Manager. In 2012, Carolyn joined YMCA of Delaware as the Director of Member Engagement. Carolyn Theim completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington from 2001 to 2005. Carolyn then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, graduating between 2009 and 2012. In addition to their formal education, Carolyn has obtained certifications including the Medallia Customer Experience Professional Certification from Medallia in October 2023 and the Women's Leadership certification from the University of Delaware in April 2021.
