Puny Navaratne

Puny Navaratne is the VP of Legal Affairs at WSO2. Puny has over 20 years of experience in corporate law and administration. Puny previously worked as a partner at Paul Ratnayeke Associates where they were in charge of the corporate law division and administration. Puny also worked as a director at PR Secretarial Services (Private) Limited.

Puny Navaratne has a degree in law from the University of Colombo and a diploma from Ladies College.

Puny Navaratne reports to Sanjiva Weerawarana, Founder and CEO. They work with Alok Bardiya - Head of Corporate Development, Fernando Arditti - VP & General Manager, LATAM, and Moses Mathuram - VP, GSI & Strategic Partnerships.
