Damany Lewis

Damany Lewis is an experienced news professional currently serving as the Main Morning Anchor for WSOC-TV Eyewitness News since September 2019, leading Charlotte's top morning news broadcasts. Prior to this role, Damany was the lead anchor for WPXI-TV's Noon News and contributed to creating news stories that often highlighted later newscasts from December 2014. Damany's career includes positions as an Anchor/Reporter for KXTV News 10 ABC, where broadcasts were anchored for 5, 6, and 11 PM segments, and as a General Assignment Reporter and Fill In Anchor at KCRA 3 & My58 Television, as well as WXII-Winston Salem. Damany earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in May 2000.
