Lawrence Bergin

Lawrence Bergin is an accomplished photojournalist currently working at WSOC-TV Eyewitness News since September 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a photographer at CBS6-WRGB and freelance videographer for Sachem Varsity Sports and T&D Sports Productions, where Lawrence filmed high school sporting events across Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Additionally, Lawrence has served as a Live Sports Editor at Endeavor Streaming, managing feeds for clients like the NFL and NBA, and held multiple positions, including Sports Package Coordinator and Talent, at WTOP-10 TV, overseeing the recording and editing of sports highlights. Earlier career highlights include roles at WALK 97.5 as a Promotions Assistant and at 88.9 FM WNYO as a Live Sports Commentator. Lawrence holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting and Mass Communication from the State University of New York at Oswego and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Suffolk County Community College.
