Jessica Lutes

Jessica Lutes is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at WSP since January 2023. In this role, Jessica leads human resources special projects, focusing on due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and serves as an ERP subject matter expert. Previously, Jessica held the position of Human Resources Director at WSP USA from July 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included strategic HR advising, employee relations, and HR strategies. Jessica's career also includes significant experience as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at AECOM from December 2004 to July 2018, providing HR support across multiple locations, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Waukesha Electric Systems from December 1999 to December 2004. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Human Resources from Carroll University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Ashford University. Additionally, Jessica is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
