Miro Laitinen

Miro Laitinen is an experienced Environmental Due Diligence Specialist currently employed at WSP since November 2025. Prior to this role, Miro worked as a Sustainability Consultant at AFRY from April 2021 to November 2025, focusing on international EHS and ESG due diligence for mergers and acquisitions across various sectors, including energy and circular economy. Miro also has experience as a Legal Assistant (Environment and Societal) at Dentons, where legal support services were provided for EHS/ESG due diligence projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Energy and Environmental Law from the University of Aberdeen and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Glasgow, complemented by a Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration.
