Wisler Pierre-Louis

Wisler Pierre-Louis, PE, currently serves as the Vice President of Resilient Infrastructure at WSP since July 2024. Previously, Wisler held the position of Public Works Director for the City of North Miami from December 2007 to April 2024, earning multiple promotions and overseeing a diverse team of over 100 professionals. Wisler's prior roles included Interim Public Works Director, Assistant Public Works Director, and City Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed civil engineering work related to city facilities. Earlier career experience includes working as Engineer II at PBS&J, focusing on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Wisler holds an Executive Certificate in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management, in addition to an MS in Environmental Engineering and a BS in Civil Engineering from Florida International University.
