Robert Moss

Robert Moss possesses extensive experience in operations and management within the aerospace and aviation sectors. Currently serving as a Value Stream Manager at Parker Hannifin since August 2013, Robert advocates for the Corporate WIN Strategy by enhancing quality, cost, delivery, workforce morale, and safety. Prior to this role, Robert was a Manager and Avionics Technician at Lockheed Martin, overseeing daily operations and providing technical leadership. Robert's military background includes serving in the United States Air Force from 1987 to 2011, where responsibilities included managing an aviation maintenance team and conducting quality assurance inspections on a large fleet of aircraft. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science in Avionics Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
