Kevin Slagle

Kevin Slagle is the Vice President, Strategic Communications for WSPA; joining the organization in February 2017. In this role, Kevin develops and directs strategic communications activities for the industry’s policy, advocacy, and public education and outreach programs across WSPA’s five western states.

Kevin came to WSPA after more than 20 years with public relations and public affairs firms, including serving as Senior Vice President for Ogilvy Public Relations. At Ogilvy, he was responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communications programs, managing research, messaging and crisis communications efforts and overseeing staff development and client relationships.

He received his bachelors of arts degree in public relations from Brigham Young University. In his free time, Kevin has served on a number of civic and youth sports boards and coaches high school soccer.
