Shannon Fulmer

Shannon Fulmer, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Shannon currently holds a position as the Human Resources Director at Western States Petroleum Association since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager at the same company from March 2019 to January 2021.

From December 2013 to December 2018, Shannon served as the Regional Vice President/Director of Human Resources at Argosy University (EDMC/DCEH), overseeing the HR function for 13 campuses across multiple states.
