Ron Lam

Ron Lam is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at WSU Tech, bringing extensive experience in recruitment and onboarding. Previously, Ron worked at Randstad Sourceright as an Onboarding Specialist for Honeywell FM&T, managing onboarding portals and ensuring accurate information for HRIS, and served as a Recruitment Coordinator, facilitating interview processes and networking events. Earlier experience includes roles as an HR Student Assistant at Wichita State University Foundation, where Ron planned interviews and managed onboarding, and as an Avid Tutor with Wichita Public Schools, focusing on student support. Ron's career began at Thai Tradition as a Lead Server, where effective communication and teamwork were key. Ron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Wichita State University.
