Dean Smith

Dean Smith started their work experience in 1989 as a Trainee Building Surveyor at Ingleton Wood. Dean then worked as an Estates Contracts Administrator at Lloyd's of London from 1990 to 1996. In 1996, they joined Arthur Anderson as a UK Project Manager until 1999. From 1999 onwards, Dean held various roles at WT Partnership, including Director and Joint Managing Director (UK & Europe).

Dean Smith attended King Edmund School from 1981 to 1986. After completing their time at King Edmund School, they enrolled at South East Essex 6th Form College from 1986 to 1988, where they studied A Levels. Later, from 1990 to 1996, they pursued a degree in Estate Management at the College of Estate Management, Reading University.
