McKenzie O'Brien

McKenzie O'Brien is an accomplished Operational Risk and Control Officer Manager with experience at Citi since May 2022, specializing in the design and implementation of control frameworks and risk assessments. Currently serving as a Software Delivery Manager at WTA, McKenzie oversees both on-shore and off-shore IT development teams, managing multiple projects including PowerBI implementation and internal operational improvements.
