Victoria Lupu

Victoria Lupu is an experienced professional in human resources and crewing operations, currently serving as the Team Lead for HR at WTS Energy since September 2022. Previously, Victoria held the position of Crewing Operations Manager at Maersk Tankers from July 2012 to March 2021, where responsibilities included the overall management of crewing operations for 18 tanker vessels, leading a team of five in Romania, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure recruitment needs were met. Victoria began their career at Maersk Tankers as a Crewing Operator, focusing on the arrangement of officer embarkation and disembarkation while ensuring compliance with certification and documentation regulations. Victoria holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies from Constanta Maritime University, earned between 2008 and 2014.
