Favienne Roop

Favienne Roop is a talented pastry chef with a wealth of experience in various culinary settings. Currently working at A Sharper Palate Catering Co and the Culinary Institute of Virginia as a pastry chef and faculty member, Favienne has also showcased their skills at WTVR-TV and as an entrepreneur with Cakes by Favienne. With a background in pastry arts and a passion for teaching, Favienne has also spent time as an adjunct instructor at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College. In addition, Favienne has competed as a pastry chef competitor at Netflix and previously worked at Compass Group. Overall, Favienne's dedication to pastry arts and teaching shines through in all their endeavors.
