Kathrin Garbislander

Kathrin Garbislander has extensive experience in human resources, starting their career as a Junior Human Resources Consultant at Fiat Group in 1998. Kathrin was responsible for recruiting young graduates in several countries and conducting competency mapping. Kathrin then worked at Siemens as a Recruiting Manager from 2000 to 2003. Following that, they joined Lexington Company as a Senior Human Resources Consultant from 2003 to 2005. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at Würth Phoenix Group, where they have been since 2005.

Kathrin Garbislander completed their education in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a Master's degree from the University of Vienna, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in the same field at the Università degli Studi di Padova from 1991 to 1993.
