Ilka Pavlovic

Ilka Pavlovic has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ilka started their career as a scientific assistant at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences in 2007. Ilka then worked as an assistant to the management at Main-Kinzig Kliniken from 2008 to 2010, and later became the Head of Business Management at the same organization from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2022, they held the position of Hotel and Spa Director at Hotel an der Therme Bad Orb GmbH and Therme Bad Orb GmbH. In 2023, they joined Bauzentrum Rüppel as a member of the management team, where they provided advisory services for change management and commercial operations. Currently, starting from May 2023, they are working as a referee to the CEO at Thermengruppe Josef Wund, a leading developer and operator of thermal baths and spa facilities in Germany.

Ilka Pavlovic attended Stinnes AG from 1998 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Groß-und Außenhandelskauffrau. From 2001 to 2007, they studied at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, earning a degree in Diplom Wirtschaftsjuristin with a specialization in Wirtschaftsrecht.
