Santanu (Sean) Debnath

Santanu (Sean) Debnath has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and leadership roles. Santanu (Sean) currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Wunder, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they were the Chief Revenue Officer at Intellihot Inc. from October 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Intellihot Inc., Santanu held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Viega LLC from 2016 to 2021. In this role, they directed revenue generation and customer strategies aligned with financial goals and managed various departments including Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales enablement.

From 2015 to 2016, Santanu served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Kaydon Corporation. Santanu (Sean) was responsible for overseeing commercial operations, sales, and marketing, as well as the development and implementation of commercial processes.

Prior to this, Santanu worked at Rexnord from 2012 to 2015. Santanu (Sean) held the positions of Vice President of Industry Solutions-Sales & Marketing, where they guided marketing and sales strategies and managed a $350 million portfolio, and Director of Sales and Marketing, where they led a $200 million portfolio and was responsible for business development, sales strategies, budget allocation, customer relations, and staff training.

Earlier in their career, Santanu worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2003 to 2012. Santanu (Sean) served as the Director of Marketing for Laboratory Equipment, where they created and led sales and marketing initiatives for a $380M portfolio, and as a Global Product Manager.

Santanu's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Project Manager at Mitsubishi Chemical America from 1996 to 2003 and as a Senior Scientist at Chemir/Polytech Labs from 1993 to 1996.

Santanu (Sean) Debnath has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Santanu (Sean) also holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron. Additionally, they have pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on International Marketing from Old Dominion University.
