Maija Helminen is an accomplished service designer with a strong background in educational leadership and project management. Currently employed at Wunder since August 2022, Maija previously served as the Designer of Early Education at the City of Tampere from February 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included project management, service design, and process planning. Maija's prior roles include Project Designer at the City of Tampere, focusing on diverse project coordination and pedagogical consultancy, as well as Early Childhood Teacher positions at both the City of Espoo and the City of Tampere. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Tampere University and a Certificate in Mastering Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management.
