Sam Rijkers

Sam Rijkers has a strong background in OutSystems development. Their most recent role is as a Senior OutSystems Developer at Wunderbricks, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at IG&H from April 2019 to May 2023, first as an OutSystems Developer and later as a Senior OutSystems Developer. Before that, they were an Outsystems Developer at Isengard Solutions from March 2018 to March 2019. Sam Rijkers also has experience as a Student/onderzoeksassistent at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam from September 2016 to January 2018.

Sam Rijkers has a strong educational background in the field of science and sports. From 2016 to 2018, Sam completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Sciences at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, Sam earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sportwetenschappen, fysiologie en bewegingsleer (Sports Science, Physiology, and Movement Science) from the same institution, VU Amsterdam. Sam's education journey began at Pius X-College from 2006 to 2012, where they completed a VWO-Atheneum degree (pre-university education focused on Nature and Health).

In addition to their formal education, Sam has also obtained several certifications in web and mobile development. This includes certifications such as Expert Web Developer, Professional Web Developer, Associate Tech Lead, Associate Mobile Developer, and Associate Web Developer from OutSystems, with the most recent being the Expert Web Developer certification obtained in December 2020.
