Ulrich Kaleta has extensive experience in eCommerce, marketing, and strategy consulting. Ulrich started their career in 2014 with eCommerce Beratung, where they worked as an Interimsmanager and Consultant for eCommerce and Marketing. In 2015, they joined Aufbau Verlag GmbH & Co. KG as a Beirat. Later that year, they co-founded Wundercurves (Relax Commerce GmbH) and served as a Marketing Advisor. In 2020, they became a Strategic Advisor at BELLISSY Deutschland GmbH and also held the position of Director Consumer Business (Interim) at HABA FAMILYGROUP. In 2019, they worked as an Interims-CMO at Billomat, and from 2018 to 2019, they served as CC Lead Online Marketing & Sales (Interim) at legero united. Prior to that, in 2017, they held the role of Head of Campaign (Interim) at K - New Media GmbH & Co. KG. Most recently, in 2022, they worked as a CMO (Interim) at Algea Care.

Ulrich Kaleta obtained their Diplom degree in Agrarbusiness und Management from Justus Liebig University Giessen, where they studied from 1993 to 1999.
