Senior Key Account Manager - France at Wunderflats

Olivia Truco has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Olivia began their career with internships at Le Bristol Paris and Hilton Worldwide, where they gained experience in guest relations and marketing and sales coordination. After completing their internships, they worked as a receptionist at Le Chat Noir Hotel.

In 2012, Truco joined Lily Beach resort and Spa as an Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and managing accounts in various international markets.

Truco then moved to Hilton Worldwide again, where they took on roles as a Cluster Marketing Executive and Groups, Conference & Events Sales Executive. In these positions, they were involved in various marketing activities, including F&B marketing, promotional activities, and media coordination. Olivia also played a crucial role in developing marketing plans, managing social media accounts, and hosting press trips.

In 2016, Truco joined Dusit International as a Sales Manager for the UK and Europe, where they handled the leisure, MICE, and corporate markets. Olivia'sresponsibilities included organizing sales calls, attending trade shows and roadshows, developing business plans and sales strategies, and establishing relationships with clients, tourism boards, and airlines.

Following their time at Dusit International, Truco worked at SilverDoor as a Partner Account Manager for the EMEA region. In this role, they managed partner accounts and fostered relationships with key stakeholders.

Most recently, Truco has been a key account manager at Homelike and Wunderflats, where they focus on the French market. Olivia has held various positions at Homelike, including senior key account manager for France and the UK and Ireland.

Overall, Olivia Truco has demonstrated their expertise in sales, marketing, account management, and relationship building throughout their career in the hospitality industry.

Olivia Truco pursued their education in the field of Economics and Tourism Management from 2009 to 2012 at Nice University, where they earned a Master's degree. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they attended Cannes University and obtained a DUT in Commerce and Tourism.
