Tereza Kenova

Tereza Kenova's work experience includes various roles in learning and development, human resources, and teaching. Tereza is currently a People Partner & Program Manager at Wunderflats, where they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Community Contributor & Visual Designer at L&D SHAKERS starting in August 2022.

From 2019 to 2022, Tereza worked at ST Engineering iDirect as a Learning And Development Specialist. In this role, they designed and led the ST Engineering Academy, a program aimed at up-skilling over 1000 employees worldwide. Tereza also collaborated with Academy Partners to conduct learning needs analysis and create a learning strategy to support strategic initiatives.

Tereza served as a Teaching Assistant for Corporate Finance from October 2017 to March 2018, creating a Finance learning hub and developing study materials for first-year students. Tereza also worked as a Project Management Coordinator during the same period.

Tereza Kenova obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Business | Human Resource Management from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications.
