Kevin Diaz

Kevin Diaz is an experienced Controls Engineer currently at Wunderlich-Malec Engineering, Inc. since July 2017, with a background in managing projects related to systems integration, process simulation, and alarm management. Previous roles include Control System Engineer at Microfusion Engineering Laboratories from February 2014 to June 2017, where Kevin configured control systems for various industries, designed and tuned control systems, and performed field commissioning. Kevin also gained early experience as a Research Intern at the Center for Biophotonics Science and Technology, where a nitrogen purge chamber project was completed and recognized with an award for Best Presentation. Additional internship experience includes work at ArthroCare Corporation, focusing on product rework management. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, acquired between 2009 and 2012, and attended Las Positas College from 2006 to 2009.
