Hans-Jochen Luhmann is a Senior Scientist at Wuppertal Institut für Klima, Umwelt, Energie gGmbH, a position held since July 1993, where also serves as Deputy Head of Climate Policy and is responsible for the Wuppertal Bulletin on Ecological Tax Reform. Prior to this role, Hans-Jochen Luhmann was the Chief Economist at Fichtner Beratende Ingenieure from April 1984 to June 1993. Educationally, Hans-Jochen Luhmann obtained a degree in Mathematical Economics from Heidelberg University between 1970 and 1974.
