Ralf Schuele, a Research Consultant and Project Manager at the German Federal Institute for Research on Building, Urban Affairs and Spatial Development, is also the Head of Research Unit "Urban Transitions" at the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy. Additionally, Ralf serves as a University Lecturer (Honorary professor) at the University of Duisburg-Essen, where Ralf teaches Master Studies "Urban Systems". Dr. Schuele obtained their PhD/Dr. in Sociology and Political Science from Technische Universität Darmstadt in February 2001.
