Nicole Rastall

Nicole Rastall has extensive experience in the field of IT, specifically in roles related to sales engineering and technical solutions for software products and services. Nicole began their career at Actuant Corporation in 1996, where they started as a Help Desk Analyst and eventually moved into a role supporting the roll-out of the Oracle Applications suite. In this role, they served as the application administrator and gained experience in database management and SQL development.

After leaving Actuant Corporation in 2013, Nicole joined R&R Insurance Services Inc. in 2016 as a Network Support Specialist. During their time there, they provided general support to the insurance agency and played a key role in expanding the usage of the newly implemented voice system. Nicole assisted with cost-saving measures, implemented automated call routing for increased efficiency, and provided support for the LAN, servers, and desktop environment. Additionally, they participated in the project to build a new office building, where they implemented Meraki switching and new conference room technology.

In 2019, Nicole joined Onix Networking Corp. as a Solutions Engineer. In this position, they led technical discussions for software products and services related to Google Workspace and other SaaS platforms. Nicole wrote statements of work, scoped projects, and provided technical services for various SaaS platforms. Nicole also contributed to scoping projects for platforms such as LumApps, Happeo, BetterCloud, and Okta.

Most recently, Nicole joined Wursta in 2023 as a Sales Engineer for Google Workspace. Additional details about this role are not provided.

Nicole Rastall has obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Lakeland University. Prior to attending Lakeland University, Nicole attended Oconto Falls High School. In addition to their formal education, Nicole has also obtained certifications as a Google Professional Collaboration Engineer from Google in January 2020 and as a Slack Admin from Slack in November 2019.
