Katja Stang

Katja Stang is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning multiple companies. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Würth IT GmbH since March 2023, Katja provides comprehensive HR lifecycle consulting, employee support, personnel planning, and process development. Prior to this role, Katja was an HR Business Partner at KP.Family International GmbH from November 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities included addressing labor law inquiries, managing the Employee Life Cycle, and reporting to management. Katja's earlier positions include working as a Personalreferentin at HR factory GmbH and a Consultant Office at Amadeus FiRe AG, enhancing skills in employee guidance, coordination, and recruitment. Katja began a career in HR management with an internship at Lufthansa in 2015 following the completion of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourism Management and Human Resource Management from Hochschule Heilbronn in 2015.
