Thor W. Melcher

Thor W. Melcher is the EVP HR, QA, and Sustainability at Würth Norge AS since February 2003. Prior to this, Thor was the HR Manager Europe at FMC BioPolymer Division from 1999 to 2003, where Thor W. was responsible for approximately 800 employees across 11 sites in 8 European countries. With a background as an Organisasjonssjef at various companies, Thor has vast experience in personnel administration and recruitment. Thor holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Østfold University College.
