Michele Ballard has a robust background in sales and management within the lumber and wood products industry. As a Territory Sales Manager at Wurth Wood Group since 2011, Michele has demonstrated exceptional sales performance and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes a decade at Hedgecock Lumber Company, Inc. in various management and sales roles, where Michele effectively led the sales force through competitive market challenges. Earlier positions involved overseeing environmental compliance at Willamette Industries, Inc., and participating in a management training program at Champion International Corporation. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wood Science and Technology from North Carolina State University.
