Andi Nerozzi

Andi Nerozzi has over 17 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Beginning in 2004, they worked as an Analytical Chemist at Intertek Pharmaceutical Services for five years. In 2009, they joined Johnson Matthey Fine Chemicals as an Analytical Validation Chemist.

In 2013, Andi started at WuXi Advanced Therapies, where they held various roles of increasing responsibility. They began as a Quality Systems Supervisor, overseeing the Quality Systems and Quality Assurance Raw Material groups. They subsequently moved up to the position of Quality Assurance Compliance Manager, where they managed the Quality Systems, Quality Assurance Raw Material, compliance, and auditing groups. In this role, they prioritized operations for staff, managed audits and inspections, and implemented training programs.

Andi continued to advance within WuXi Advanced Therapies, becoming an Associate Director of Quality Assurance Compliance in 2018, then Director of Quality Assurance Compliance in 2020, and Director of QA Compliance and Regulatory Affairs in 2021. Most recently, they have been serving as the Senior Director of Quality Systems, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs.

Throughout their career, Andi has demonstrated a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and quality systems.

Andi Nerozzi attended The College of New Jersey from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry.
