Bianca Williams

Bianca Williams has extensive experience in the field of scientific research and project management. Bianca currently works at WuXi Advanced Therapies as a Technical Project Manager, where they oversee the transfer of multiple departments to a new facility. Bianca is responsible for managing and tracking transfer activities, facilitating meetings with transfer teams, and ensuring documentation compliance. Prior to this role, Bianca worked as a Scientific Technical Writer at the same company, assisting in the transfer of the Quality Control department and managing the change control process for equipment introduction or transfer. Before joining WuXi, Bianca worked at Charles River Laboratories, where they held the positions of Research Assistant III and Research Assistant II. In these roles, they demonstrated proficiency in executing studies according to guidelines and regulations, implemented process changes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and coordinated various research activities. Bianca's career began at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, where they worked as a Research Specialist A. Bianca played a vital role in investigating the mediators of alcoholic fatty liver disease, including developing protocols, managing the laboratory, and contributing to publications.
