Jessica Balester Jones

Jessica Balester Jones has over 10 years of experience in various roles at WuXi AppTec and WuXi Advanced Therapies. Jessica started their career at WuXi AppTec in 2007 as a Manufacturing Associate and then transitioned into roles such as Associate Project Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, they provided business process and technology solutions, designed and documented operational workflows, collected and analyzed business requirements, and advocated for continuous improvement and Lean Strategy. In 2018, Jessica joined WuXi Advanced Therapies as an Associate Director in Information Technology.
