Madhavi Tadi

Madhavi Tadi has over 19 years of work experience. Madhavi is currently working as an Associate Director at WuXi Advanced Therapies, where they oversee organization operations and collaborates with clients to negotiate project planning. Prior to their current role, Madhavi was a Manager at the same company, where they oversaw virology operations and ensured regulatory compliance. Madhavi also has experience as a Supervisor, arranging organizational structure and presenting findings to top management.

Before joining WuXi Advanced Therapies, Madhavi worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, where they optimized workflow and implemented new policies, resulting in improved clinical research experience and reliable auditing results.

Madhavi also has experience as a Lab Manager and Sr. Research Associate at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, Sylvester cancer center, where they provided technical advice and oversaw transformative activities. Madhavi has also worked as a Sr. Research Assistant and Lab Manager at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, independently managing multiple projects and overseeing lab personnel.

Earlier in their career, Madhavi worked as a Sr. Research Technician at Mayo Clinic, Research Technician II at Northwestern University, Graduate Research Assistant at the University of New Haven, and as a Summer Intern at Biogen. Madhavi also served as a Faculty Assistant at Mahatma Gandhi College.

Throughout their career, Madhavi has demonstrated their expertise in various areas such as project management, regulatory compliance, technical advice, data analysis, and team management.

Madhavi Tadi began their education in 1980 at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their high school studies with a focus on Biology/Biological Sciences. Following this, they attended Acharya Nagarjuna University from 1994 to 1997, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology and Biochemistry. Madhavi then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Biochemistry at the University of Madras from 1997 to 1999. Continuing their scientific educational journey, Madhavi obtained another M.Sc degree in Molecular Biology from the University of New Haven between 2001 and 2002.
