Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at WuXi Advanced Therapies

Mike Quinn, M.S. has a diverse professional background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Mike is currently serving as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at WuXi Advanced Therapies, where they are responsible for leading the Philadelphia Talent Acquisition team and collaborating with site leadership and management. Mike's role also involves developing recruitment strategies, enhancing the employment brand, optimizing processes, and analyzing talent acquisition metrics.

Prior to their current position, Mike worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Clover Biopharmaceuticals, where they oversaw talent acquisition efforts in the U.S. and EMEA regions. Mike also gained experience at CSL Behring, where they held the positions of Associate Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition Lead, overseeing recruiting for various departments within the organization.

Before joining CSL Behring, Mike worked at FIS as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where they engaged in full life-cycle recruiting and played a role in global branding and social media strategies. Mike also served as the Manager of Recruiting and Staffing at JPC Partners, LLC, leading all aspects of the recruitment process and managing a team of recruiters and vendors.

Mike's earlier experiences include roles at IMS Health as the Lead Technical Recruiter, ADP as a Client Relationship Manager/Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, Vertex Inc. as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist/Lead Recruiter, DoubleStar, Inc. as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Comcast as a Regional Recruitment Partner.

Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated expertise in developing recruitment strategies, building and leading teams, optimizing processes, and delivering quality results. Mike holds a Master of Science degree and has a strong track record in the field of talent acquisition.

Mike Quinn, M.S. has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development & Leadership from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology / Industrial-Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

In addition to their degrees, Mike Quinn has obtained multiple certifications throughout their career. Mike completed the Sourcecon Academy program at ERE in January 2021. In August 2020, they achieved the Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment certification from LinkedIn. In February 2019, they became a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR) through AIRS.
