Rose Morgan is a qualified scientist with extensive experience in the food and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a QC Microbiology Scientist at WuXi Biologics since April 2022, Rose previously held positions at the Health Service Executive as a Community Swabber/Administrator, where responsibilities included sample collection and patient coordination during the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior experiences also include a tenure at MBio, where roles spanned from Research and Development Scientist to Associate Research Scientist, focusing on the development of meat-free products and the analysis of mushroom by-products. Rose began a career in food production as a Product Development Intern at Kookee. Rose holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutraceuticals in Health and Nutrition and a BSc in Baking and Pastry Arts Management from Technological University Dublin.
