Kayla Carter is currently serving as the Retention Programs Administrator at the WV Department of Health and Human Resources. Previously, Kayla worked as a Community Engagement Specialist at Prestera Center for Mental Health Services, Inc. Kayla holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Marshall University, where Kayla also completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
