Shayla Layne is currently working as a Social Service Worker III at the WV Department of Health and Human Resources. Prior to this, Shayla worked as an Office Assistant III at the West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles and as an Office Administrator at the West Virginia Division of Corrections. With a background in customer service roles at companies like Best Buy and JCPenney, Shayla also holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Administration with a minor in Homeland Security and Information Systems. Additionally, Shayla is pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work from Capella University and has studied Korean language at Yonsei University.
