Jonathan Gumble

Jonathan Gumble is an experienced media professional with a focus on sports photography and production. Currently serving as a Freelance Production Assistant and Photographer at WVIA Public Media since September 2015, Jonathan also holds a part-time position as a Sports Photographer for FOX 56 WOLF-TV, covering local sports in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Previous experience includes roles as a Production Assistant and Editor at WBRE-TV/WYOU-TV from April 2008 to August 2013, where responsibilities encompassed in-studio camera operation and audio management, as well as editing television promotions. An early career stint as an Intern Sports Photographer at WNEP-TV 16 involved extensive production and editing work. Jonathan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcasting Communications & Sports Journalism from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2007.
