Tom Retallick has extensive work experience in various roles within the telecom industry. Tom began their career in 1997 as a Managing Consultant at International Network Services, later transitioning to Lucent Technologies as a Manager. In 2000, they joined Callisma as a Professional Services Manager. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at Telsource Corp as a Network Management Center professional, overseeing daily operations and customer service. Tom then moved to Acuative, where they served as a Client Relations Supervisor and Tier 2 NOC Technician from 2010 to 2016. Most recently, they worked at Telsource/Acuative Corporation as a Client Relations Supervisor, providing training and support for client projects. In 2019, they joined Momentum Telecom as a Field Engineer.
Tom Retallick received an Associate's degree in Information Technology / Networking from the University of Phoenix, where they attended from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained certifications from Cisco Systems, Inc., including a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA Voice) in August 2013 and a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA Routing & Switching) in October 2012.
