Sabine Mielek

Sabine Mielek currently serves as the VP People International at WW (formerly Weight Watchers), after joining the company in March 2006. In this role, Sabine leads initiatives in organizational development, leadership development, change and transition management, performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development, while also providing coaching. Prior to their tenure at WW, Sabine worked as HR Manager for Europe at GE Commercial Distribution Finance from 2002 to 2006 and held various positions at Citibank from August 1990 to June 2000, focusing on HR generalist functions and leadership trainee programs that included university recruiting and assessment centers.
