Tiffany Stevenson

Tiffany Stevenson has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Tiffany is currently working as the SVP, Chief People Officer at WeightWatchers, where they lead the global People & Communities team to build healthy and high-performing teams worldwide.

In 2023, Tiffany will also be serving as an HR Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital. Tiffany will be part of a group of senior HR leaders dedicated to investing in technology that transforms healthcare, work, and financial wellness.

Prior to their current roles, Tiffany was the SVP, Chief People Officer at Patreon from 2021 to 2022. Tiffany also acted as the Chair of the Advisory Board at Hitch Works, Inc., which was later acquired by ServiceNow, from 2021 to 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, Tiffany worked at Box, starting as the Vice President, Global Head of Talent & Belonging and transitioning to the Chief Talent & Inclusion Officer, Global Head of Communities role. Tiffany managed talent, learning, inclusion, and community efforts for Box, helping customers collaborate securely in the cloud.

In 2016 and 2018, Tiffany served as a Member of the National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship for the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration.

Tiffany has also held various roles at SEPHORA, including Vice President of Talent Management & Development, Director of Talent Management & Development, and Leadership & Development Manager from 2006 to 2018.

Their earlier experience includes Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Project Manager positions at Charles Schwab from 2001 to 2006, as well as a summer internship at Merrill Lynch in 2000.

Tiffany Stevenson has pursued their education at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, where they completed their MBA focusing on Business Strategy/Change Management. Prior to that, they obtained their BA in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
