Terry Yates, RBLP-T, currently serves as a Budget Analyst II at WWC Global since October 2021, while also functioning as an Independent Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach with the John Maxwell Team since August 2019. Terry has extensive experience in the United States Air Force, spanning from March 2009 to September 2021, where roles included Master Resiliency Trainer, Risk Management and Test Safety Manager, and Program Manager, focusing on financial management and training personnel in risk management. Past leadership roles as a Youth Pastor at Calvary Chapel Newport News and Bible Based Fellowship Church of Temple Terrace showcase a strong commitment to youth ministry and community engagement. Terry's education includes a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
