Scott Hochenberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public affairs and strategic communications. Currently serving as the Director of Public Affairs at ICF, starting in September 2024, Scott collaborates with the Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. Prior roles include serving as a Public Outreach and Messaging Subject Matter Expert for the Department of Homeland Security at Command Holdings and as a Strategic Communications Specialist for the Office of Naval Research. Scott also has experience as a Program Analyst at USAID, where a Meritorious Honor Group Award was earned, and has held various positions in finance and public relations, including internships with the Clinton Foundation and the Toledo Mud Hens. Scott holds a Master of Education in Sport Administration from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The Ohio State University.
