Graeme Lauriston

Graeme Lauriston is an experienced executive in the fields of talent development and sports medicine. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent ID & Performance and Vice President of Talent ID & Development at WWE since September 2021, Lauriston brings extensive expertise from previous roles at EXOS, where responsibilities included Vice President of PT and Sports Medicine and Senior Director of Physical Therapy for Pro/Elite Sport. Earlier in their career, Lauriston was the Physical Therapy Director at IMG Academy from January 2008 to May 2013. Academically, Lauriston holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (2005-2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Presbyterian College (2001-2005).
