Steven Spitzer

Steven Spitzer has extensive experience in total rewards and compensation, currently serving as Director of Total Rewards & Analytics at WWE since March 2018, following roles as Senior Manager and Manager in the same field. Prior to WWE, Steven held positions at Capital One, including Senior Manager of Commercial Compensation and Compensation Manager for the Commercial Bank, and gained additional experience at Revlon as Manager of Compensation. Earlier career roles included Principal Associate in Corporate Compensation at Capital One and Associate in Executive Compensation at Mercer. Steven began the professional journey as a Human Resources Generalist Intern at Rockefeller University. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Education, both from New York University.
